Accident & Release of Liability

Every participant must read and sign this waiver before their scheduled game. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

Clause 01

1. Waiver and Release of All Claims

I acknowledge that participation in an Escape Much escape room experience involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, and property damage. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Escape Much, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Clause 02

2. Lost or Stolen Property

Escape Much is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises. I assume full responsibility for my belongings during my visit.

Clause 03

3. Code of Conduct

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Escape Much reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.

Clause 04

4. Rules Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have received and understand the safety rules and instructions provided by the Game Master before entering the room, and I agree to follow them at all times during the experience.

Clause 05

5. Photo and Marketing Consent

I consent to Escape Much using any post-game photographs of me and my group for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, without further compensation or notice.

Clause 06

6. Audio and Video Recording Consent

I understand and consent to being recorded by audio and video surveillance while inside the escape room. This footage is used for safety, game monitoring, and hint delivery by Game Masters, and may occasionally be used for training or promotional purposes.

Signing your waiver

You'll sign this waiver in person when you arrive for your booking. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for every player in your group to complete it before the game begins.
